The guest agrees that all lawsuits that may arise with regards to the interpretation,resolution, or execution of this agreement, will be definitely resolved by means of de jury, arbitration proceedings directed by the Conciliation and Arbitration Center of theChamber of Commerce of Costa Rica, to which regulations the parties subject themselves,with the losing party responsible of paying any expenses to this effect.
